Construction of infrastructure with the function of demonstration center / fab labs / living labs
The subject of the project is the construction in the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park of a modern facility with demonstration centers, workshops and “living laboratories”. This is the first place of this type in the region. As part of the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, over 6 million PLN was allocated for the implementation of this project.
The new investment enables the development of entrepreneurs looking for specialized space to create new products or test their functionality. The building has several functions and has been divided into two parts – office and hall.
Entrepreneurs have at their disposal areas from about 16 to 40 m2. In addition to offices, there are also halls with areas of 60, 90 and 360 m2. The whole building occupies a total of about 6,000 m2.
Tenants, depending on their needs, arrange the rented space for its selected functions – a demonstration center, workshop or living laboratory.
