Rudder for export

About the project “RUDDER FOR EXPORT” No. WND-POKL.08.01.01-04-047/13 (hereinafter referred to as Project) implemented under Priority VIII “Regional human resources economy” Measure 8.1 “Development of employees and enterprises in the region,” Sub-measure 8.1.1 “Supporting the development of professional qualifications and consulting for enterprises” in the Human Capital Operational Program 2007-2013.

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.

The “RUDDER FOR EXPORT” project is implemented in partnership by Bydgoski Park Przemysłowo-Technologiczny Sp. z o.o. (Leader) with its registered office at ul. Bogdana Raczkowskiego 11, 85-862 Bydgoszcz, and the Polish Economic Society – Bydgoszcz Branch (Partner) with headquarters at ul. Długa 34, 85-034 Bydgoszcz.

The project implementation period is from February 1 to December 31, 2014.

The aim of the Project is to increase the potential of 11 enterprises from the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park and companies cooperating with BPPT by raising and adapting the qualifications and skills of 110 employees in the field of export and sales in JRE, CSR and Ecology, as well as managerial and language competences.

Project participants may be enterprises located in BPPT or those cooperating with it (having an organizational unit in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector, whose activity at least during one closed fiscal year, up to and including 2012, showed revenue from sales outside Poland.

Participation in the project is associated with obtaining de minimis aid, so only companies authorized to receive such aid will be able to participate in the project.

All trainings organized as part of the project are free.

Each enterprise participating in the project is obliged to delegate at least one employee to participate in training in the field of export and sales at JRE, as well as in the field of CSR and Ecology.

Project recruitment

Bydgoski Park Przemysłowo-Technologiczny Sp. z o.o. (Leader) deals with creating friendly conditions for the development of innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. It has extensive experience in the implementation of projects financed from structural funds, especially in investment projects under the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Polish Economic Society – Bydgoszcz Branch (Partner) has extensive experience in implementing projects co-financed from the European Social Fund. As a business environment institution, it cooperates with entrepreneurs, conducts courses and trainings with a wide business range.

The project is addressed to employees of enterprises located in BPPT and those cooperating with it (having an organizational unit in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises sector, whose activity up to and including 2012, during at least one closed financial year, showed revenue from sales outside Poland.

Only employees of the following enterprises can participate in the training:

  1. Employed under an employment relationship, i.e. under an employment contract with an enterprise from the BPPT area or with a company cooperating with BPPT (verification based on the employer’s statement);
  2. Having permission to participate in the project, given by a supervisor (verification based on the employer’s declaration).

Recruitment to participate in the project will be conducted on an ongoing basis until all places in the project are exhausted. The first round of recruitment (the deadline for the collection of application forms) will take place from May 12 to June 2, 2014. After meeting the recruitment criteria, admission depends on the order of applications, as well as the question of fulfilling specific criteria detailed in the application for project co-financing.
